In today's digital age, organizing events is a complex and time-consuming process. Tasks such as participant registration, ticket distribution, information dissemination, and event monitoring require the efficient use of modern technologies. Traditional methods (paper-based registration, spreadsheets, and phone invitations) take a lot of time and often lead to errors. In this context, mobile applications designed with UX/UI methods help simplify these processes and provide a convenient platform for users. This approach addresses several key challenges in event management: Enhanced User Experience (UX) – an intuitive interface and efficient navigation make it easier for participants to use the application.  Structured Information – the ability to store key event details in one place and send timely notifications.Effective Management – organizers can monitor participant numbers, manage ticket sales, and optimize event planning.Thus, mobile applications developed using UX/UI design methods improve the quality of event organization and enhance user satisfaction.
