REACTIVE TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE PRODUCTION PROJECT

Abstract

The article presents the main properties, applications and methods for producing tricalcium phosphate. Tricalcium phosphate is found in natural minerals - apatite, phosphate. The product can be used in the form of bone ash or bone coal similar to precipitate, extracted from superphosphate and used as an additive for feed birds and big cattle. Added to feed at industrial plants, as a feed additive. Currently, all countries have adopted special standards, regulating the amount of substances added to the feed, containing phosphorus and calcium. The productivity of using food additives based on phosphorus significantly increases the productivity of animals: milk yield increases, weight gain is accelerated. The article presents the technological scheme for tricalcium phosphate production and results of the calculation of material balance.
