Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of modern automated management solutions in the hotel business and their impact on the efficiency of the hospitality industry enterprises. The paper considers the functionality of hotel management systems, their role in optimizing business processes, improving the quality of service and revenue management. Special attention is paid to PMS systems, online booking modules, sales channel managers, CRM and analytical tools. The advantages of cloud technologies and SaaS models are analyzed, as well as the possibilities of their integration into a single information environment of the hotel. A comparative analysis of popular software solutions has been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses have been identified. The results of the study confirm that the integrated implementation of digital technologies contributes to the growth of competitiveness of hotel enterprises, increased customer satisfaction and sustainable business development in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.
