The processes of cement grinding with the introduction of the grinding intensifier LS 3020 were investigated. It was found that the process of grinding cements with additives of 0.025-0.1% LS 3020 is completed in 25 minutes, while without the additive, cement is ground for 35 minutes. The specific surface area of cements with surfactants increases and ranges from 3170 cm2/g to 3200 cm2/g. The optimal dosage of surfactant is 0.025% or 250 g per 1 ton of cement. A further increase in the dosage of the additive to 0.05 and 0.1% does not change the dispersion characteristics of the ground cement. The optimal dosage of LS 3020 does not reduce the strength characteristics of cements, as evidenced by the strength indicators after 3 and 28 days of hardening, the content of chemically bound water in hydrated cement stone.
