RESEARCH ON PRODUCTS DERIVED FROM NATURAL LATEX CONCENTRATE

Abstract

The object of study in this article is natural rubber latex concentrate. The methodological basis of the work is the applied scientific methods, methods of processing the raw material - natural rubber latex concentrate, technological processes during neutralization. In the course of the work, a complex of the latest advanced physicochemical analyzes was used: multi-purpose scanning microscope, chemical-analytical methods. This article also studies the main stages of the production of medical gloves, in particular, latex medical gloves. It is noted that the special location of the production of gloves is recommended, that is, the production of medical gloves is mainly located in countries where rubber trees grow. Since the transportation of 100% natural latex juice is a costly and complex process, it is considered advantageous to locate production facilities using this raw material in countries where rubber trees grow (Malaysia, China, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Indonesia). The main advantages of medical gloves made from latex concentrate over latex seals are given. The features of inspection products and the following advantages of nitrile examination gloves are given. The types and characteristics of medical gloves, the features of use and the fact that they can be divided into several groups depending on the type of gloves are given. In addition, the classification of medical gloves is given.
