CURRENT TRENDS IN THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE HOTEL SECTOR

The article examines the features of the development of the hospitality industry in the context of the digitalization of the economy and the main directions of the introduction of modern digital technologies in the hotel business. Automation processes, the use of cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, blockchain, SaaS models, as well as marketing and analytical tools are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the role of mobile services, voice assistants, virtual and augmented reality technologies in improving the quality of customer service. The possibilities of increasing the efficiency of management through security systems, analysis of cash transactions and speech scenarios of personnel are considered. The impact of digitalization on optimizing internal business processes, reducing operating costs, increasing the speed and accuracy of customer service, creating a personalized approach to consumers and improving the image of the hotel company is also discussed. It is concluded that the integrated implementation of digital solutions contributes to the growth of customer loyalty, increased competitiveness and sustainable development of hospitality industry enterprises in the digital economy.
